From my lovely food poisoning experience over the entire weekend, I lost about 5 pounds. Isn’t that ridiculous? By Sunday evening, I was sooo weak that my head hurt so bad and I felt so off-balanced. My diet for the past few days was pretty much a few crackers, a bunch of liquid, and a bowl of soup. It was pretty bad, but I had no appetite and if I had eaten anything else it would probably have come out from one end or the other. *sick* When I stepped on the scale, I was a weight that I hadn’t been since I was a teenager, haha. @_@

Then when I put my pants on, they felt loose, lol! These pants are quite comfortable when I’m my normal weight, and they are accomodating when I indulge in too much food :p BUT after the food poisoning ordeal, they felt too loose for once. Yeah…you do not want to lose too much weight too fast by just not eating. It feels miserable and you can feel how unhealthy it is. Here’s to my normal food diet soon enough!
