I really don’t remember my dreams that often – it’s quite rare that I remember any of them.
Of course, there is the exception of when I worry about something before I go to sleep. A lot of the time I’ll end up dreaming about it and waking up in a start the next morning. There are two very common scenarios that happen over and over.
One would be when I know I’m not going to get much sleep that night, and I’m going to have to drive the next day. I tend to worry about if I’ll be alert and sharp-minded enough to drive properly without having any accidents. Just last Monday, since I have an 8AM class and I didn’t get much sleep the night before from studying, I woke up in the morning with my heart racing from a dream where I got into a car accident, lol. You bet I was relieved when I realized it didn’t actually happen. And yes, I did make it to school and back safely.
Another would be when I fall asleep, knowing that I still need to brush my teeth, but I am too exhausted to get up and do it before drifting away. Yep, that night, I will have the most gnarly dreams about my teeth rotting away, huge holes in my teeth, and my teeth falling out. Haha! I wake up from these dreams extremely relieved my teeth are still in the same condition as they were the night before.
The moral of the story would be…get enough sleep and make sure to brush your teeth every night.
I really don't remember my dreams either.. unless it's something that really scared me.. like "death" :(

I’ve had both of those scenarios happen to me when I don’t get enough sleep. I always brush my teeth before I go to bed, but for those nights when I doze off at 7 or 8 and then wake up at 2am, I always have horrific dreams where my teeth have fallen out. So when I wake up from those, guess what the first thing I do is? x)
I find that I am most productive at night and that I can’t seem to get away from those dreaded, early morning classes. I carry a toothbrush in my purse in case I have to run out the door in the morning. I find that the traffic in the morning keeps me alert when driving, but the worst is when you’re getting tired behind the wheel when it’s late at night.
I forget about my dreams most of the time unless I write it down/text someone about it as soon as I wake up. That must have been a scary dream about the car accident :o. Luckily that didn't happen but that's still scary! It's crazy how our minds can create dreams based on the thoughts we have whether it's about us worrying or being excited for something to happen.
I have dreams about my teeth falling out too! That one for sure is scary because having teeth is important :X. Gotta do what you can to have a good hygiene!
I've had a couple of dreams like these. One time, I knew I needed to get my clothes ready for the next day, and didn't, then I ended up sleepwalking and yelling at my mum about T-shirts in the middle of the night. Not fun waking up and being told this haha.
I've never had one about my teeth falling out though. Usually if I forget I probably wouldn't be worried enough to dream about it.
Hope you manage to sleep well!
xx
